Managing assets in large, complex environments is challenging even when assets can be individually identified.

Furniture is often overlooked for a number of reasons but with the cost of furniture today outstripping some IT assets being able to manage those assets easily brings multiple business benefits.

Indesosa has been involved in asset management for over 20 years and in that time has been involved in successfully auditing furniture assets across multiple industries and at scale.

A world beating auditing process underpinned by the FRAME© engine

  •  The FRAME© software is combined with a tried and tested process to capture digital images of asset types, apply barcodes and capture current location.
  • The audits are carried out using experienced project managers who deliver the asset data in a spreadsheet format giving flexibility if the data is required to be uploaded to a formal system, typically CAFM.
  • Alternatively FRAME© can work in sync with formal systems to act as the day to day operational tool feeding the formal system.
  • The process and audit software have been used for over 15 years and have never failed to deliver quality asset data including arguably the largest audit globally (over 800,000 assets across 1,100 buildings).
